5ZT seed processing plant is a complete automatic production line integrated with main machines like air screen seed cleaner,gravity separator,de-awner,seed treater,seed dryer and packing scale,and auxiliary equipment such as feeder,elevator,conveyor,temporary storage bin,dust collector and electric control system. The seed processing plant capacity ranges from 3t/h sesame cleaning to 15t/h wheat processing.
The plant integrates a TQLZ vibration cleaner, TQSF destoner, and HZZD rotary cleaner in a modular stainless steel frame. The counter-flow aspiration system removes chaff while magnetic separators extract ferrous contaminants. Rubber isolators reduce vibration transmission by 70% 610.
